If you wish to pick up your order in Tillsonburg, ON please select local pick up upon checkout. Once the order has been fullfilled and ready to pick up, we will notify you via email along with the pick up address and any pertinent infomation. Please be sure to watch your junk/spam folders.
Standard orders will ship within 3-5 business days (this does not include Saturdays or Sundays). Lead times may be slightly longer during busy seasons, however, we do our best to ship as soon as possible. For any changes to lead times during peak times, we will update the banner shown on our home page. Please note, we are only shipping within Canada at this time.
For any wholesale or bulk orders, lead time and shipping cost will vary based on quantity ordered. Please note, free or flatrate shipping does not apply for wholesale or bulk orders.
Please ensure you have used the correct address before placing your order. If an error is made, please let us know right away before your item(s) leave our studio. If the item has been shipped to the incorrect address due to an entry error, additional shipping with be the responsibility of the buyer.
