At Sparkle Candle Co. all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used candles. We will, however, replace or refund products should they become damaged during the shipment process. If your shipment should arrive damaged, please submit a photo to hello@sparklecandleco.ca of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of delivery.
